These German machines offer ±0.001mm positioning accuracy, ±0.0005mm repeatability, and a
15,000rpm max spindle speed, handling 316L stainless steel, titanium alloy, Hastelloy and
other high-end materials for vacuum parts.
Compared to existing equipment, they boost efficiency by 60% – a complex vacuum flange,
for example, now takes 1.5 hours vs. 4. They also stably process irregular structures like
water-cooled valve bodies and curved vacuum brackets, resolving issues of poor precision
and high scrap rates with traditional machines.
With the new additions, daily output of core parts (flanges, valves) rises from 120 to 280
units. Lead times for urgent custom orders drop from 7 to 3 days – even 48-hour delivery
for emergencies, such as a PV enterprise’s urgent PECVD vacuum bracket replacement.
